如果想在江湖上混（也就是继续在公司里混），您必须要正视它。此人拉大旗做虎皮，背靠您上司，在组里搞特殊，这是大忌。在中国的环境里这事很多，比如说啥也不是的小妞，如果卖B攀上您上司，然后上您那组里去吃空饷。

这是个原则问题：您组里所有人都是靠自己吃饭，不能容特殊人物！如有特殊人物，那么必须是您本人那足了好处才可以容忍！比如说，您上司安插人到您组里做特殊人物，那么必须跟您把交易做好了，必须实打实地把您自己的*****舔舒服了！是的，这就是好的政治！没有白吃的午餐，对谁都一样！（上司的人表现不好一次，上司本人就必须舔您一次*****！这是基本原则--这样组里如有人不满，您就可以直接告诉他原因。）
