3)这个很难把握，目前面试过的，一半一半，entry level v.s. senior level. But for entry level, they commented on me to be over-qualified. Most comments from the senior level to be good. For myself, I prefer to keep open to all possibilities.
4)改简历改得麻木了，有时对”公司的特性及所需要“都看不出difference,:(
