关于negative下属“事件”之后的小花絮

 

这周我老板来访（他不在美国),昨天招待我们部门全体在美员工去牛排馆吃饭，席间他问及上周的VP会议，我们是否参加？是否亲自到现场参加还是通过conf call参加的。。。等等。

正好我和那位女员工坐在老板的左右手，我就按实情相告 --整组人到现场参加了一点的会议，老板很满意，也注意到女员工的表情，感觉她也理解了我为什么有此要求了。

对于manager来讲，对整体部门有利的visibility一定要尽量组织，对员工来讲，这种visibility对自己也有利，应该尽量参加。
