这周我老板来访(他不在美国),昨天招待我们部门全体在美员工去牛排馆吃饭,席间他问及上周的VP会议,我们是否参加?是否亲自到现场参加还是通过conf call参加的。。。等等。
正好我和那位女员工坐在老板的左右手,我就按实情相告 --整组人到现场参加了一点的会议,老板很满意,也注意到女员工的表情,感觉她也理解了我为什么有此要求了。
对于manager来讲,对整体部门有利的visibility一定要尽量组织,对员工来讲,这种visibility对自己也有利,应该尽量参加。
