臭臭妈对付negative下属

我正在看Jack Welch的第二本书，Winning. 

韦氏 Leadership rule No. 3: stimulate positive energy and optimism，专门提到the tribe of the negative -- 就是你碰到的那种人。可见这是常见问题，而且必须要处理，不可忽略。
