if u can find a 软件测试员 job now, go continue your job

SInce you have been working as a QA tester, so you have the experience, go ahead send out resume, find another job do the same stuff if you can.

Automation or not, totally depends on how strong of your programming skills.

A developer transfer to Automation QA is easy, but may not a easy job for you to pickup in such a short time. Unless you like it very much.

In any case, 软件测试员 QA job is only limited in Software company, and very easy to be replaced. This kind of jon is not a recommanded job direction for our new friends whi need to find a job.

If you are new, need find a job, or need change direction, better focus on a derection which has wider market demand and can find job in every industry, in any city.
