A good leader should be able to direct, teach (coach), distribute - the work and credit fairly. "Coach" is a hard one. I think 臭臭妈妈is trying to do so...

Go back to Maslow's hierarchy of human needs, 那位老独女显然有哪项没满足. 只有挖掘到哪项, 满足了哪项, 她才会改变态度.
