We do our home work before we start in a new place.

We do observe the company, team, manager during the interview.

We do home work by read news about this company or this industry.

Worried too much overtime in this position? How can you find out?  I (me only, not you.) will call manager's office after 6:00pm with a Payphone, just to find out if she/he is a Workaholic
