紧急求助，拿到了Apple的offer，多了2W美元年收和不错的RSU,不知道是否应该从qualcomm跳槽过去，

朋友介绍，去Apple面试，经历了很多轮，终于拿到了offer，比起现在Qualcomm多了2W，还有RSU，不知道是否应该去，年纪大了，感觉不太愿意换地方，但是条件又貌似不错，听说Apple面工作压力很大，有这个传说吗？？？谁可以给我点意见？谢谢。
