Everything has process and policy. But these managers said they could alter the policy if they wanted. Because the policy is associated with laws, so I can not follow their order. I do not know where I am wrong and why their true faces were turned up.
Therefore, I decided to move on to another department which welcomed me to be there. These managers said to me today that they were OK for me to leave. LOL!
I am so happy to get rid of them. But I would like to share this lessons with everyone.
