Don't take it too seriously. 我们大家就是play 一个game。老板要显得他什么都明白,那就捧捧他。 没有必要指出来他其实是错的。也没有必要告诉他,你明白而且知道怎么做。因为你是不是有能力做好项目不是他关心的事。他关心的是你乖乖听他的,而且觉得他明白。
其实没有别人,我就说点儿啥,搪塞过去就好了。我比较受不了的大家开会时,当着别人的面,对他的错误指令说yes,或者沉默表示默许。觉得那样伤人品。
这个老板,人其实不坏。就是这个position stretch他的能力了.

Whenever you are in a heated discussion, you should pause and ask yourself,
1) what is this really about. Is it about what is the right way to do things, or is it about the boss wants you show his power.
2) Is this the right setting for this discussion. For example, when in front of other people, easily the motive becomes who is right, in stead of what is right.
