上班做的code，所有权属于公司。公司其他员工有权reuse the code。

看看老印做的好的地方：把数据整理好，再去用后台的code，大小老板、一般用户没那能力，也没那精力。做个web user interface，他们才能用。做后台的技术难度不低，但是visibility很低。如果你walk an extra mile,顺手把web那部分做了，you'd get the glory. User interface and usability are very important, and that's where Apple outperforms.
