我是不是太过分了？

刚和一个合作的project leader meet。这个project是我老板起的头。在我刚join的时候交给我，并说是和另一人co－lead。我从来就不相信有co－lead这回事。但也没说什么。跟这个女孩儿work了一阵。发现她也对co－lead这个project不感兴趣。于是今天我就攒得她去说没时间，不想做这个project了。对我来说，我可以不干这个project，正好偷懒。也可以单独lead，照我自己的想法做。这project说来没什么意思，是吃力但不讨下面好的事。 但做好了，头们会喜欢，而且可以推广到全公司。我老板一定是看到这个potential才想做。那个co－leader没有这个vision。所以一直不是很积极。我正好趁机either get out or completely take over。
