如何选择

先简单说说自己，算是中年了，原本不是一个要强的人，还算喜欢美国的清静有规律的生活。有一份做了不是太久的还算可以的工作，不好不坏不高不低的。associate levele。现在国内有一potential 机会，做head of the department。薪水只会降一点， 不会多一点。顾虑是：在美国做 management 工作的机会微呼其微，永远是干活最多工资最底（同公司相同工作比）。还有一个人带小孩挺辛苦也挺冷清的。回去又怕小孩（小学）受苦， 也不知道会不会适应国内的工作环境。毕竟出来这么多年。谁能给个建议？
