My observations:

1) Career direction: you are a generalist more than a specialist, am I right?

2) Balance between immidiate gain and long-term strategic plan: what you have today was the outcome of your continuous efforts in the past, today's investment helps shape your future path/ or land on a postion with better gain.

3) Usually, it takes time to get you accepted and recgonized in a new community.
