From my past interview experience, I was hired easily by white or black people several times, even for a Manager position...但一遇到老中面试我，就特麻烦，感觉一下就回到以前中国；有的让我等一个多小时for the interview, 有的act 非常unprofessional durning the interview. Fortunately, they did not hire me, I even do not want to work for them at all!!!
