After the first phone interview

Had a first round phone screen with the hiring manager a week ago.  Haven't  heard anything from them about if they are going to move on yet. I really like this job. So I sent the recruiter an email asking for feedback.  Still no response.  Does it mean they are not very interested in moving to the next step?  Should I be more proactive?  Thanks.
