如果跳槽辞职，公司会扣奖金一毛不发么？

现公司的年度结算是9月底。然后看MBO完成情况发bonus.

如果在这之前跳槽，怕公司会扣去年的奖金，一毛不发。那就亏大了。

还是说有什么法律保护咱老百姓？
