Sorry, didn't mention clearly..

What I mean that currently i am doing an contract job, the title is DBA,but I am geting an offer for full time position... The title is Intermediate Programmer anlyst..

I don't know should I take the offer or not.. I am not satisfied with my current pay rate... But I don't know whether the offer position "intermediate programmer analyst" is good or not.. Also the offer is not in good pay... But it is a full time position
