什么情况下换工作比较好? 因为今年一月来到这家公司后，我发现我一点前途都没有。决定今年年底前再换工作。可是当机会来时，我又觉得太快了，心理上还没有ready。。。。是把机会放过，再等等?对方给的条件好好，我就是觉得他们的size小了点mid-size。。。。

manager in mid-size firm, then go for manager in big 4, possible?
