谁来帮我看看,这样做会有问题吗?

有个朋友新移民, 技术很好却不会英文.

很想帮他一下,因为他当年在中国为我们分公司的设立出过力气.

现在的问题是,我因为各种原因没有办法直接雇佣他,就想把自己部门的一个工作外包给一个公司,然后请那个公司雇佣他一起做这个外包的工作.这样的话,在道德和法律的层面会不会有问题,被人垢病?
