想问问大家，第一份full time job，你都做了多久？(矢志做contract的除外哈)

很久以前，一哥们跟我讲：第一份工就是练练手，以后有好机会一定要跳。他的话我就没当真过，不是第一份工，他也跳得忒勤快。不过，我现在就很理解他当初跟我说这话背后的意思：谁没有点嫩央央的，流着鼻涕裹着尿片，恨不能倒带回去的过去呢。人有长大成熟的过程，别人对你的形象也有不停被校正的过程，这个过程其实挺痛苦的，而且还漫长，倒不如换一新坑蹲着，新天新地。受了欺负，呲一回牙，迅雷不及掩耳盗铃的速度，整个楼层的人都立马知道了你不好惹，别对你做太没分的事情，忒有效率。

想想当年的自己，真想长叹一声。。。
