刚拿到一个大公司的offer，请教大家一个问题

offer 8万5， 加 10% bonus，和我预定的目标有较大差距，本希望base salary 至少10万

大家帮忙看看有可能negotiate到9万5吗？我知道他们对我非常感兴趣！

总工资和现在的工作差不太多，主要考虑以后有上升的机会。是个senior scientist的职位，我有近10年的working experience in the field
