薪资问题，请高手帮忙！谢谢！

我受CompanyB雇佣给CompanyA干活，三年多没人给我涨工资。最近跟CompanyB提，答复是CompanyA给２％，CompanyB追加１.５％。我想再多要点：

I did a quick check on salary.com for Software Engineer III, the average pay is about $86900 (http://swz.salary.com/SalaryWizard/Software-Engineer-III-Salary-Details.aspx). I wonder if there is any way that we can match that?
If not, is it possible to add more vacation time? Otherwise, I will definitely need to use some unpaid time off soon.

You are welcome!  Thanks for doing a good job for us. 

I appreciate the information.   Right now we are working within the constraints of CompanyA rate structure and raises (few and far between) and our CompanyB margin (already low because of our volume discount with CompanyA ). 

My boss has been out of the office.  I made a note to ask him about this, but I’m afraid the answer may be no, as I had to ask him to kick in last week, in addition to what CompanyA was offering…

I understand about the unpaid time off…  I’m happy to hear you’ll (hopefully) be getting back to China!
