Is the job market really warming up?

Just got this in my mailbox. It's a job opening for Sr. SAS programmer.

Midwest area

4-5 yrs experience

corp to corp contract with some benefits

1 yr contract $50-55/hr (contract to hire)

pharamceutical industry

* The pharma might be rather picky with the candidate they interview with, but really is a good employer.
