I applied job for one company and now this company send me employment application form online.
it required the previous manager's name and contact info ( read *). I woked for several companies. most managers would like to say very good words for me. ONLY one company's manager will say BAD words for me. How could I fill the application form and let the hiring company NOT contact that only one manager? if you leave it blank, the form will not going forward.
