恳求大家帮忙！！老难题，2个offer！

多谢各位看我贴子！给我支招！！多谢！！

是这样的，拿了两个offer，1个是在纽约的一家小的咨询公司（50人）做consultant，是做microsoft 的ERP的，1个是在旧金山的一家算是在美国还算知名的中型公司（500人+）做市场经理，现在难题是，两家公司工资一样，都给我办工作签证，两个城市我也都挺喜欢，所以实在不知道该去哪儿了，闭门想了10天了，才敢冒头来请教大家！

纽约的：差的方面是公司太小，运作不正规，但是好的方面是对方比较喜欢我，所以同意我只有25%的出差，大家知道对于一个consultant来说，25%的出差简直是好到不行，而且我自己特别喜欢跟人打交道，所以很喜欢做一个consultant，而且觉得这是一个好的入这个行业的机会，但是由于已经是30+了，不是20几岁刚毕业的年轻人，所以觉得在这行很难再走远，而且做Microsoft的产品，不如做SAP的钱高，而且将来往大的consulting firm跳的话，基本都要求99%的出差，我觉得很难兼顾家里。

旧金山的：差的方面是我做了太久市场了，实在没激情了，没热情了，好的方面是公司很正规，而且部门里不少同事是斯坦福，UCLA和UC berkeley的，我喜欢和比我聪明的人在一起，觉得能学到东西。

所以现在是一家我喜欢的工作，但是在这个方面我将来的出路不是很明朗，而且不太喜欢这家公司，一家是我喜欢的公司，但是不是太有激情的工作（不能说不喜欢）
