至于对你不友好的senior, most of your comments are pretty subjective, I don't see anything solid. 

你担心能不能得到公正的评价，趁此机会问清楚，管理层会如何对你的表现进行评估， what exactly are their expectations. This is the chance to communicate. Use this an opportunity to show the senior management that your communication skill is not that bad as your boss claimed.
