Should I email the partner directly?

Should I email the partner directly? I had an interview 3 days ago and the the HR told me that she is going to let me know very soon( later that day or next day) however, I just got a call from her tells me that she is still collecting feedback from one of the interviewer. That partner is so busy. I asked the feedback from the other interviewer. She told me: it was good. She also mentioned that they are still interviewing other people.

So my question is I doubt she was unable to collect feedback but just interviewing others to see if they are better than me. In this case, should I email the partner directly and ask feedback. Will the HR not happy if I do so? Or maybe I just wait? Thanks
