要不要换这个工作？

我的现在 IT 工作 是：

1. 近一些， 11 miles per trip

2. very easy， no oncall, easy almost everyday.

3. But no chanllenge, no new features, small company, company not think of any new features whatsever.

 

Got an offer, 情况是：

1. 远一些， 20 trip

2. Indian manager （但不在town， remote）, need to be oncall

3. a lot new features, big servers, solid company with good benefits.

我是一单亲， 有一小孩. What should I choose?
