请问： 从小公司到大公司的senior accountant， 我应该注意些什么？

本人刚找到一份新工作， 以前是在小公司做accountant, 直接对公司的owner报告。用的软件是quickbooks, simply accounting之类。 现在到大公司做accountant, 对director汇报，公司用sap， 我应该在什么方面加强学习， 并应该注意些什么， 以便顺利转型。谢谢。
