question for employment residency check. thanks

I am going through preemployment background check.

I just moved to a new state and stay in a temporary place, my driver license has not been changed. I also worked couple temporary jobs or contract which my work states are different from my home stat. Those jobs are no more than 6 months in length.

Do I need to put my current renting place on the residency form? How about those temporary places. Thanks.
