为什么现在程序员这么难找？？？

我们公司在Richardson, TX, 大公司， 我们部门有十几个空缺，却找不到合适的人。按说要求也不高，几年的java编程经验，懂一点时新玩意，如jdk1.5， springframework, web service 什么的，就可以了。录用的速度也快。有的不要电话面试，直接就去公司谈。我的求才信撒出去两百多封，也没收到一份简历。难道IT真的又回到2000年了吗？
