What should I do? please help answer

I received an job offer from Company A and took it without salary negotiaton.  no paper contract signed, the company took my verbal acceptance.  I just received an better offer from company B.

1. Should I ask company A to match the offer, or is it too late to ask for more?

2. If I ask and A declines match, can I take B's offer?
