去留？留加国还是去美？

我们在多伦多，夫妻都IT，本人目前失业，拿EI，老婆有一稳定工作，但靠一个人工作养家不可能，我没找到工作老婆却拿到美国一offer，不高，7-8万，北卡。

目前：夫妻均快40，两个孩子，一读小学，一幼儿。

养一房，52万市价，贷款37万。

问题：

如果搬去美国有何利弊？（工作，子女教育，养老问题）

望在美的网友指点迷津，拿TN-1的朋友有什么建议？
