For question #8, it is very true that "The one who mentions money first loses." In my first interview for the job of "the hi-tech vanguard". I answered in a similar way but Alison replied "It'll be very competitive." to me. In this situation, if they insist to know your opinion, "Market rate" is not a bad choice.
