1。签offer：A公司的offer是在通过公司的网络系统下载的一份pdf文件，需要我创建个人账户然后登陆系统去accpet offer，然后通过email提示offer已接受。这种方式算是正式签offer吗？不需要其他paperwork吗？你们都是怎么签offer的？是收到正式的offer letter信件然后签字吗？

2。Reference check和background check：听说一般reference check在给offer以前做，background check一般在给offer以后，但是几个reference说都没有收到电话，难道不做reference check了？还是和background check一起在给offer后做？我才在美国工作了半年多，background check怎么check?国内也check吗？
