1。  Once the schedule has been sent to customer, they may use it as our commitment. So, before annoucing anything to customer, we need a solid internal development plan. There are a lot projects going on at this point. Schedule can be adjusted by priority and resource allocation. Any rough estimation or hall way conversation cannot be used as commitment. I will discuss with manager and lay out a plan and communicate it you so that you can take it to customer.

2. 最后一句很重要，如果你想让他out of key role, you need to exclude him from the planning discussion. If you need to take him completely out, you can deliver the message to customer directly without going through him.
