有人知道公司怎模做背景调查吗？

offer拿到了，公司在做背景调查（外包）， 今天给我留言，说为了调查我在中国的学历，要我把我的中文名字in chinese character fax 给他，有点好奇他们他怎模做背景调查。 我本科国内一小破三流学校，就算他们去调查，不知道有没有人能答复他们。
