我昨天被大老板(director)叫去谈话.(Quite unusal).
他告诉我designer 对我的工作很有意见,'bug report are not clear. some invalid and some
cases are not covered". 他给我三个选择. 1. improve & correct 2. possible transfer to
other project/division 3. leave the company. (What a surprise).
我加入这家公司只有七个月,三个月前由于前QA离开被调入这个项目,灾难从此开始.
There are two designers in this project. 一个是年届退休的美国老头A,另一个是中东妇女B.
A is quite nice and B is very mean & bully. B has been in this company for over ten years. She is the pet of the big boss. Even her hu*****and works in the same group!
Everytime I filed her a bug. She always pushed it back first time. saying "invalid.testcase/wavedumo can not be found balabala..." Then after she fixed the bug, she put on the comments of " the bug discription is misleading, otherwise it could be fixed long time ago. It is wasting my time etc..."
由于这个项目要在3个月后 tape out and the design is still ful of bugs,, 我感觉B 要找我替罪羊, 在大老板说了很多坏话,把项目不能按时完成的责任全推我.
In the mean time, my manager began to interview candidates revently.
Obviously they are planing to replace or fire me.
I will have to leave sooner or later.But I still wish to hold on until after 1 year service otherwise my resume will look bad.
Isn't this wired for a public company? Should I complain to the HR?
Actually our performance review is at the end of March.
Any advice? Thanks a million.
