You may suggest an on-site visit such as giving a presentation about your work, your life and how you cope with work from home, such as once or twice a year.

If possible, you may try to ask for some off-site training opportunities such as conference or corporate university courses etc.

Ask him about how he plans your career development in the company (not very useful though;)).

Of course, you may ask for salary review depending on timing.
