Carpool

A person from a different company close by approached me for carpooling. She is willing to drive but she wants to:

1. Drive my car every day

2. Me to pick her up at her house (it's about 5-minute away from my house)

She will pay me. The reason she doesn't want to drive her car, according to her, is she has already put on many miles on her car (my car has better mileages than hers). I don't want to put on too many miles on my car either. However, I figure I drive my car anyways car pool or not. With car pool at least I get some compensations.

The question is how much she should pay me? I want this to be fair to both of us. I hope some XDJMs here had previous experiences of dealing with such situation and could give me some suggestions.

Many thanks!
