他们说，这个工作不按照小时给钱，按照每2周多少钱算。在我即将签字的合同里，发现有些条款有些问题。似乎是，如果他们要求我平时或者周末加班，我就得去，而且没有额外报酬。这个算正常的吗?
下面是其中关于时间和工资的条款。
Time requirements: The subcontractor shall devote, during the term of this Agreement, such of his time, energy, and skill as is necessary in the performance of his duties hereunder and shall periodically, or at any time, upon the request of the Contractor, submit data as to the time requirements of work perofrmed and to be performed by him for the Contractor in connection with the Agreement.
Fees to Subcontractor: The Contractor shall pay the Subcontractor on a "every two weeks" basis for services in connection with this agreement. The flat rate of $xxxx every two weeks will be paid to the Subcontractor for a minimum of 40 hours per week on the project, plus any additional hours required by the customer.
注: 我是Subcontractor,新东家是Contractor.
