your personality decides that you are not a fit for being in a management position, you won't go far on this path. Have you seen executives (VP and above) yelling in a meeting or slamming the door? Even in a crisis? Worst case when they feel they will lost control themselves, they will (or find an execuse to ) walk out temporaly. Or you will see their face turned to red,but show little emotion in their voice.

Even as an employee, you are not good based on your behave. If i were your boss, i think you won't go up any more...

My observation is that woman in general is weak in handling pressure and stress. It takes many years to change or may not be able to change. Don't know how many years you have been in the management position. If it has been over five year, then i'd say you won't change.You may want to change your career path, away from management.
