留下来的strategy：

1）准备好自己的performance材料，比如，如何快速进入team role，如何contribute 和support，

list important deliveries。如有 好的feedbacks from costumers or other people。

2）a general talk about salary survey in your industry

3）your offer letter。表示愿留下来，希望公司match。

走到这一步，心里应该有走人的准备，假如公司不愿match。

对于中间，没啥，这是business，business 总是有success 和failure的。

对于那两个公司：sincere rejection letters
