"supposedly to be good" attitude. Often time struggling between whether I should have the passion in the job or just treating it as one that pays. Since my personality tends to be very responsible, from time to time I went out of my way, as in this case, to make better products (in my mind) yet those were not always rewarded or even sometimes frustrated (like fighting with managers for the tech solutions). Really, if I care less about the work, I wouldn't have those frustrations and disappointments, and would be more happy at work.
Most of the time, I didn't even think about my promotion or anything when I did this, as I've never ever asked for a raise/promotion by myself. 唉，真是何苦来呢？ 产品好不好和我个人也没多大影响，很想找到怎样让自己不要那么CARE的办法。
