书中认为：积极的心态，良好的习惯，刻苦工作，诚实守信，自我克制和永不放弃的个性，是一个人赢得成功的品质因素。说到底，成功是对优秀品质的回报。

BTW, you have mentioned "chrisma" for couple times, just wondering what is it? I tried to google it, but it was not there.
