本人目前在一个大软件公司工作，上周面了个别的公司的engineering位子，recruite一再问我salary Expectation，但是没有正式给offer。我说明确下一步在谈工资，今天得到这样的email：
Thanks for your response. When you have a moment, let me know and I will give you a call. Just so you know, the team feels you are best suited and experienced for the 。。。 role, reporting to 。。。 and are ready to move forward in the process. That said I would like to understand your current salary and/or your expectations for this particular role. At that point I can discuss with the team, a compensation package that you'll be excited and interested about accepting.
算是明确下一步了，但是还是没有给offer。我该如何谈工资呢？说高了怕没offer了，说低了就亏了。
