I am writing in response to the email by Mr. Shit, our security director.
I fully support that Mr. Shit promoted the awareness of industrial espionage threat, as espionage is a crime and intellectual property is our company’s important asset.
Regrettably, I felt greatly disturbed when I read “Because xxxx is in the business of design, development and production of advanced technologies, it is important that we are aware of potential threats.” in Mr. Shit’s email. It may not be appropriate to link xxxx working in the design dept. to potential threats. It could be viewed as accusation without proof/evidence. Our company has a clear policy of zero tolerance of any sort of prejudice or stereotypes towards all employees or contractors.
