actually my salary is already in that level. Here, the pace is too low. and The environment here is not competitive. seems no much passion and fun.

I came here just because of the high pay which is much higher than the market. Also I can see what the private accounting looks like. So, Originally I limited my work here to be 2 years, cannot be more than that as I know I love public accounting more. But now, seems I will leave earlier than my original plan. just no much passion and motivation....
