拿到一个offer,没有sign on bonus,让我觉得有点不可靠不安全,大家有没有相关的经验和看法?

工资底薪还不错,但也不是高到能COVER掉没有sign on bonus这一项.而且在我看来sign on bonus不仅是补偿你从前一个公司辞职造成的损失,更重要的也是对新公司新职位的安全保障和commitment,不然你去了以后公司短时间内随时解雇你它都没有多大损失.大家在这方面有什么经验和看法没有?朋友的同事的或者是听说的都可以.多谢多谢!
